Hello,

Do I need to get a static ip address from my phone provider AT&T to get this application to work over the internet? I have a linksys router with UPnP capabilities.

Hi,

can you tell me your linksys router firmware version? If it is .21 it has broken UPnP support. Which would explain this line:
UPnP Port Mapper: - Sending request for mapping on external port 45631... Error 402: Invalid Args

That's a router type. I would need to know the exact firmware version. You should be able to see it in router's administration interface.

Hi,

this is rather weird. I'm not aware of this firmware version having any problems with UPnP. Can you please tell me your exact router type (would start with WRT54...)? We'll try to get such router so that we can reproduce the problem.

Thanks. We will try to obtain the router with the exact hardware revision (7.2) as yours so that we can reproduce and possible fix the problem (if it isn't in router's firmware).
