Just a tip. If you look inside live conversion log, during playback every 10 seconds a line is outputted that shows current video bitrate. Out of curiosity, what does it say in your case?

When setting my firewall to allow access with DynDNS, how do I determine the ip address range to allow access? I have noticed the address changes when I try to access my site and Zonealarm blocks it.
Streaming over 3g works for me as well. I do have to turn down the resolution all the way and then set the quality around 50-75%... and I still get rebuffers once in a while, but it's definitely watchable. I think the problem is with 3G's bandwidth because even when I use Fstream to stream 128kps radio station I get frequent rebuffers over 3G.
