Air Video Server 2.1.8-beta1 released

I'm pleased to announce that new Air Video Server beta version is available.

You can download it for Mac OS X Leopard and Microsoft Windows.

Improvements in this release:
* Quicker thumbnail generation for TS files
* Fixed crash on Snow Leopard
* More UPnP workarounds for broken routers
* Fixed conversion for videos with high framerate

Let me be the first to congratulate you!

First test was 2.17 and was testing on Windows Vista i7 8 cores... server.
Sending 1080 mp4 or hq WMVs it would work but alot of 13 sec rebuffers...
This beta cleared up my tests flawlessy playing Live conversions!

Currently running the beta version on a win7 64-bit and works like a charm, thank you !

it run perfect on Win7 business x64 retail version.

On beside, it still have frame drop on RMVB format during play with Live conversion and Convert.

I hope this issue could be fixed in the final version of Air Video server.

I have to say that I am becoming a "Fanboy" of your software. I downloaded the latest ver.of the server program,I am running Win 7 64bit and so far it has elimated any buffering. I will keep you posted.
