We have been getting lot of positive feedback from App Store reviews. Thank you for that!
We got also couple reviews that were rather negative. Unfortunately given that there is no way to respond to an AppStore review in any way, we would really prefer if the reviewers also contacted us, either by email or through this forum. Most of the problems can be easily explained.
Some people seem to think that the reviews in AppStore are from the developers or friends of the developers. I can assure you that they certainly aren't. We're not based in US and we don't even have accounts in US AppStore.
