Pavram, I noticed the link you had was from megaupload. Can you or anyone else use a different site? Megaupload has been closed down.

Can anyone create a php client for AirVideo server?
I am interested in obtaining the live video m3u8 link.
I found a Ruby client here https://github.com/jphastings/AirVideo but I need it in php.
I can pay for this.

Thanks!

I wrote a quick and dirty GUI for the airvideo gem => https://github.com/qwertme/AirVideoClient

Still need to package it as an app for download.

That is a good news for all Windows users and Mac users.

Digital media recovery software could be a tool for you to recover lost media data from removable media storage devices like mobile phone, digital camera, camcorder and MP3, MP4 music player within minutes. Media Data Recovery contains Music Recovery, Video Recovery and digital photo recovery.

Would this work on a Windows PC?

Like many others, I created an account just to see this happen and sign this Petition. I would love to be able to use my PC desktop (which I Daily stream media content through Air Video from and quite frequently demo media on the Apple TV at work in front of customers) to be able to stream not only to my phone but to my mac. I just bought a mac and the first thing I checked was the app store for an air video app. Currently have VLC but it just isn't the same. I am very spoiled by the simplicity of the Air Video app. Please build one and set it up on the store. I would be more than happy to pay for it.

P.S. Shout out to all my fellow Best Buy brothers and sisters who use the app.

Signed up just to +1.

I'm a Windows developer also and the minimum requirements for a suitable client here would be:

- The ability to (re)stream remotely. I want to run this server at home and watch from work.. like serving your own Netflix.
- Seeking compatibility
- Ability to choose full-resolution streaming, or bandwidth-based transcoding like the iOS app.

Has work on this ceased or has anyone met these requirements? Only a few of these links still work and this thread is ages old. InMethod, why are you not doing this?!

A web app would also be brilliant, but that's out of my realm.

I want World Peace....

Uhh, there are already free open source streaming solutions, so a Windows or Mac Client Dienst make much Sense.
VLC does the Trick for eg.
Use VLC as Streaming.
Server and Client, Work on PC, MAC and Linux.

Your votes aint no Money.
Development has to be payed for and with with VLC their is already a Free very well Supported AT Hand.

Please test the obsoleted client on Windows 8:

I have just fixed the crash-on-lauch problem, and delegated the http live streaming function to VLC 2.
