TV Out won't work with iOS Firmware 4.0

But newest version dosen't work TV Out.

I need TV Out.
I want to return it to the previous version for the time being.
Could you open previous version ?

We can't. If you want to revert to previous version you need to have the IPA file from previous version. It is signed for your iTunes user account.

DELTA, when iTunes updates the apps, the old versions get moved to the trash bin. You probably can find your old AirVideo version there.

For the time being, I reverted back to the old one as well. And I'm keeping my phone on 4.2.1 until these issues can be ironed out. I knew Apple would leave 3GS users out in the cold sooner or later, but I didn't think that would happen before the iPhone 5.

I did not update it by iTunes. It updated it directly with iPhone.
(trash bin is in iPhone ?)
But I had old IPA file. (version 2.2.4 17/08/2010)
I was able to return it to an old version.

Could you have switch iPhone4 or 3GS in option setting ?
3GS does TVOut by an old method. (nothing is done ? )

Version 2.2.4 does not work TV Out!

Here is a nifty trick to restore older versions of apps after upgrades. If you updated via the iPhone or iPad, etc.. and have not sync'd to itunes then this works pretty well. I used to to restore my last version of AirVideo. The TV out is working again. Hope this helps

I'm using AirVideo server v2.4.3 and the latest iPhone app (2.4.7) on iPhone 4 (iOS 4.3.3) and TV-out is working perfectly.

After update to 4.3.2 TV Out still worked on my 3gs with air video, just had some bugs. Video/Audio fine, however the whole video would have the busy starburst apple thing going and you couldn't access the controls. After last Air video update it doesn't work at all. No video output. StreamToMe still works fine with TV Out, so obviously it can work. Hope you are working on a fix.

Since i upgrade to 4.2.8 i can't see air video on my tv out,
when it worked fine with 4.2.7.
i can ear it but i don't watch .
i have one iphone 3g.

TV out with 4.2.7 was definitely not working on iPhone 3G I'm afraid. What do you see on your iPhone screen during playback? Do you see the TV out controls (aspect ratio & overscan adjustment)
