Running 2.4.5-beta5 and it does a great job converting Windows 7 Media Center files.

One problem, if I press Fast Forward for more than a second, the Live Conversion crashes and sends me back to the app. Video will starts again at the beginning.

As somebody has already asked, could you please allow file deletion. CDonverted files can be deleted, but I would also like to be able to delete files viewed through Live Conversion.

Why can't you upgrade the Air Video Server?

I have a Win7 64bit machine and it runs fine.

Try uninstalling whatever version of AirVideo you have installed on the server, download the latest stable release (or the beta version from here) and install it. Check the remote checkbox making it availible over internet. Configure your router to port-forward whatever port you're using for the AirVid server. If you change port you need to stop/restart the AirVid server or you won't be able to connect.

I got it to work

If you have installed previous version with a password set up for the server

You need to remove password check box tick and try again

UPNP gets configured. Then tick the password check box again to enable it

Happy days

Just wonder if Air Video Server can be installed in WHS 2003?

Thanks

Hey, does anyone have an ETA on the next beta release? Losing the last seven seconds of everything I watch is kinda.... Not cool. It's rendered the program annoying to use in general.

I'd settle for a quick fix of some kind if anyone's figured it out.

It would be nice to be able to flag files as "already seen" and to be able to delete them remotely. Also a sort which excludes already watched shows would be nice.

Thanks,
-Jeff

Your Website is down. I'm unable to download the windows server. Any reason for this ? Very frustrating, I'm trying to rebuild my computer and I never figured that your site would be down.

I installed the latest beta, and I've noticed that now my movie rips are not playing w/o conversion anymore. They used to both play just fine on my ipad and iphone 4 with out have to be played with live conversion. They are DVD rips, so they are within dimensions capable of being played. I know they can be played natively on the iOS devices, b/c I can manually load them onto the devices via itunes. Is there a setting I need to change to get back to the old behavior. That main feature of not being force to convert on the fly for a file that's support is the reason why i used Air Video. No other program does video as good as y'all.

mitch1, we are not hosting the downloads, Amazon S3 is. Is it still not working for you?
obsidian9, this will be fixed in next update.
