It can. In that case you'll have two servers.

This isn't working for me. If I have both computers up and running the server, each server has a different port, and my router seems to only allow one computer access. I have an Actiontec router that does not support UPnP or NAT-PMP, so I tried setting up port forwarding yesterday. I thought it was working, but it only works for one computer at a time. How can I properly set up port forwarding for these two computers? The port (45631 or 45632) seems to change between each computer, and I don't know how to tell the router to do its job appropriately.

Are the computer's IP addresses fixed? It is possible that your router keeps assigning different IP addresses to your computer. You will have to bind IP address for each computer to it's MAC address. (not sure if your router supports it, most routers do)

I assigned IP addresses to both computer's Ethernet and wireless networks. I've confirmed that each can connect to the internet alone. However, after setting up port forwarding for the first computer's Ethernet network (which successfully allowed Air Video to connect through my iPhone), I attempted to set up port forwarding for the second computer's Ethernet network. This results in Air Video Server being inaccessible from the internet. Both computers are running Air Video Server and both are using port 45631. What am I doing wrong?

You need to be running Air Video server on different ports. E.g. one on 45631 and one on 45632. You can change the port Air Video Server listens on in the Settings Tab. (You need to stop and start the server after changing the port number).

I changed each computer's Air Video Server to a unique port and I have set my router's port forwarding appropriately. However, only each computer's Ethernet protocol will stream movies appropriately. If I use only the wireless capabilities of the computers, Air Video Server then is inaccessible from the internet.

Well, your IP address probably changes when you switch from ethernet to WiFi rendering the configured port forwarding invalid.

I assigned IP addresses to the wireless protocols on each computer as well, and I arranged port forwarding the same way as I did for the Ethernet protocol for each computer.

So for each computer the IP address when using WiFi is same as when using internet? In that case you should only have one port forwarding for every computer, why did you need to specify more forwarding rules?

No, I assigned a different IP address to Ethernet vs. wireless. Can I safely assigne the same IP address for one computer's Ethernet and wireless protocols?

You can forward single port only to one IP address. You can't forward port 45631 to two separate IP addresses. Assigning same IP address to both interfaces (ethernet and WiFi) should work as long as only one of those is active at the same time. If you enable both there will be conflicts.
