I was having some problems with an external hard drive that stored some of the videos used by AirServer. I copied off all files, erased the problem hard drive and re-copied the files back. I deleted the folders in the Air Server Preferences, restarted Air Server, added back the folders in the Preferences and now one of the folders is showing up twice. Deleted the folders again, restarted and added folders, there is still a duplicate of one of the folders. There are two other folders, one from the external hard drive and another one from the boot drive. Neither of them are showing duplicates. The videos work from either of the duplicates. iPad iOS 4.2.1, newest update on iPad app and server, iMac Intel, OS X 10.6.5.

You can try to delete the folders.txt file in

<your-home-folder>/Library/Application Support/AirVideoServer

That didn't help. There is still the duplicate folder.

I'm not really sure I understand what exactly is going on. Can you make a screenshot of the duplicate folder?

Remove your video conversion folder.
