I launched Air Video server and Air Player on my Ipad.
Air Player discovered my PC but when i click it the pop-up shows immediately, saying that there is no content to load (or something like that).
I think that it doesn`t even try to load it because this popup is really quick.

My PC is in the same network, i use Linksys WRT54G router.
Any ideas?

So you can't read the error message (assuming you are getting any)?

I can read it but i cannot check it at the moment (i`m at work).
I think it was like "failed to receive content list" - it is interesting that i can browse my Popcorn Hour A200 at the same time.
I`ve got 2 positions on my devices list in Air Player
- Popcorn Hour
- Windows PC

I can browse Popcorn but the playback does not work - only showing circle (loading status or something) and nothing...
I cannot access my PC - the error i described above.

I have the same problem.
My ipad found the server on my PC (windows 7). But after I added and touched the server, ipad said Resolving Address (bonjour) then nothing happened.
The PC and ipad are on the same wifi from one access point (10.0.3.x) while the access point re-routes from a wired connection (IP 10.0.0.x)

OH, I do have THIS problem at home!
long ago, it worked fine with my ipad1.
one day, I upgraded my ipad to 4.3.3, then tragedy came!
I have tried airvideo server from 2.4.3 2.4.5 beta/3/4/5/6, but still empty after I touched the server on app.
Resolving Address (bonjour) then nothing happened. No error message!

Have you tried removing and re-adding the folders?

sometimes, the process of AirVideoServer would take up 50% of CPU usage.

Do you have any 3rd party firewall software running? This looks like Air Video simple can't listen on the port.
