Hi; running Air Video Server 2.4.5-beta6 on Mountain Lion, on a mains-connected, non-Retina MacBook Pro, I get problems with the sleep features:
1) If the MBP is sleeping, AirVideo (latest version on iPad 3) does not wake it, even though 'Wake for network access' is enabled in System Preferences
2) If I then wake the MBP (using Wake on LAN, for example), AirVideo connects to the server fine and starts playing
3) The MBP then goes to sleep while the video is playing!
I understand the sleep behaviour has changed in Mountain Lion, so I'm guessing the AirVideo server will need to be changed to support that new behaviour.
Is this the right conclusion, or am I missing something obvious? Is such a change "in the works" for AirVideo?
Many thanks for all the work on AirVideo. I was an early iPad adopter and it's still my #1-used app
