The only reason i still have an iPhone is due to Air Video not being available on Android. I hope that a way around this problem can arrive soon.

All my family and friends have the Air video and they all love it! But now I have the Droid X and I need Air Video!!!
I'm willing to pay anything for it!!!

Just registered to say that.. PLEASE develop an Android client for Air Video. Android now outsells iPhone, and this type of app is sorely missing in the Android Market.

I (among with millions of other Android users) will gladly become your customer!

was doing some reading around and found that real networks has developed http live streaming to access apple content on android so hopefully something can be built around using the real networks player for the air video guys

even better http://www.broadcastnewsroom.com/articles/viewarticle.jsp?id=1200207 looks like there is a live http streaming sdk based on apple standards
so i'm a bit bored did some google searches and found this

I guess the question now is how much Air Video is willing to pay for the nexstreaming nexplayer sdk to get this app on the android side hopefully they are willing to drop the money to gain the reward
i know zumocast is in the process of develping and android app
zumocast and airvideo are pretty similar but i like air video more hopefully they will be adding air audio which will make this a very nice app

hopefully they reply back with some good news hopefully they don't have crazy price set on the sdk

but hopefully this leads to something air video on the android side.

Admin, you might want to talk to the people at VLC Convert & Stream ( http://sites.google.com/site/traveldevel/ ). They have figured out how to do it with VLC. It is not Air Video Server, but it does work!

Happy to say AVS is the best app in the AppStore and happy to say I am done with Apple.

As soon as I found VLC C&S I went Android and have no complaints.

Would love to see AVS on Android.

Now that most droid including droid x and incredible has froyo 2.2 , please support Air Video for android!
