I have installed air server in the default folder on my ssd. I do not want air server to convert files while using the ssd.
Wich folder does air server use to convert?

Example 1: I watch a movie on my ipad. The movie is on my Sanology nas. When I watch the movie with live conversion, does Air video uses my ssd to convert or the Synology?

I want to convert the movie on my Synology nas. Does air video use the movie folder on my Synology or does it use the folder on my Synology?

Do you mean playback with live conversion? If so there are no temporary files created.

Yes, that too. But also when converting without live conversion. I do not want Air video urine my ssd for converting.

For offline conversion you can setup folders in Air Video Server properties - Settings tab.

There I can choose the destination folder for converted video's. But wich folder (temp) is used before putting the movie file in the destination folder if selected?
I do not want temp files using my ssd.
