My air video server is not accessible from Internet

Hi,
since my wireless port does not support NAT, PMP, I had to manually do it and I followed all the instructions, but still when I test the connection, it says Air Video server is not accessible from internet. I have tried almost everything and nothing.
if anybody could help me and tell me what i'm doing wrong that would be great!

can you send me the log together with screenshot of router settings where you configured port mapping to support (at) inmethod.com ?

Also, if you configured the port mapping manually the "Automatically map port" option must be disabled.

and by router settings do you mean the firewall settings where I added the application?

Please don't post the log here. Send it to the email address.
By router settings I mean the settings in your router's web administration interface. Firewall settings is something different.

Well, that could be it. Still it would help if you could see the screenshots, as I don't have access to such router myself.
