i'd just like to put in another push for this i just made the switch to android for my wife and i and would really love to be able to use air video on our phones
i would also love to see air video on the android platform. i used it with my old iphone 3gs and loved it. that was one of the apps that made me consider getting an iphone 4 instead.

i've been digging through the frame work to what it's using in gingerbread and they don't really say what the media framework can do other then it can play pretty much any file format with the added benefit of webm and vp8 codecs
My brother showed this to me on thanksgiving and now I want it.
He is the only one I know that still has an iphone all my friends and I use android.
I think it is a much better platform and I would definitely pay for this app.
And assuming I got my 8TB of video ready to stream, all my friends would buy it as well just to be able to stream my video collection.
Just wanted to chime in and say I too would love to see android support. I have Air Video on my iPad and would have happily paid $50 for it, but it would be sweet to have it on my android phone as well!
Just another vote to add to the pile. Air Video is a great iPad application that I would love to also use on my Samsung Tab. Think of all the companies that would use Air Video's polish to demo seamless video transcoded at CES this year.
I never bothered buying the app for my ipod (just used the free version) but now that I have a Galaxy S Vibrant I would defo buy this app if it was available. Why do the developers hate money?
