This would be extremley useful for when I'm downloading TV shows. Once my show has downloaded (typically HD 720p) I can throw it into a folder that can be monitored by Air Video, or call Air Video using a script telling it to convert the video. That way I will always automatically have a version ready for streaming to my iPhone.
