It's not always reasonable to output a converted video file to the same folder as the original.....
For example, when the directory is readonly..... or a DVD drive, - you need to have an optional conversion directory for these conditions.
The output location could default to the unconverted file's directory, with the option to use a known good output location in the event of insufficient space or unwritable media.
Either way, we need someway to change the default output location when necessary......

I was having a problem accessing the server through the internet, so I looked to see if there was an update to the version I had.
Noticed the beta, so decided to give it a try.
After installing it, the test for Internet connectivity gives back the message "You Air Video Server instance is accessible from internet."
Decided to drop you a suggestion to change the error message to something a bit less ethnic.... such as "Your Air Video......"
